Devora is nationally board-certified as a music therapist, with a Masters in Expressive Therapies and Mental Health Counseling from the pioneering Lesley University in Boston, MA., and post-graduate training in body-mind approaches to wellness. She has worked in major mental health since 2008, facilitating evidence-based music, movement, art, and poetry experiences as and in therapy, and is humbled to be learning how to serve individuals in recovery in ways most helpful and uplifting to them. Devora likes to use music like a soft spotlight on feelings, thoughts, bodily sensations, and spirituality, and focuses on nourishing individuals’ unique relationships with music, creativity, and their own artistry as a healing and inspirational force in their lives.
