I learned coping skill far beyond the 30 days I was here
My treatment at HIR was just what I needed to help me and my family. A program that kept me away from family long enough for them to remember what I did around the house. The stuff I did that was taken for granted. My wife and daughter realized it was more than they could handle. My grand children missed me very much. As I missed them.
On my side, I learned coping skill far beyond the 30 days I was here. When you put all the house mottos together, doing things they may or may not want to do.
Coping was the best part that helps you not want to use even when pissed off. When everyone want life to be all about them. Control Baby!
