If I would have known what this program had to offer, I would have asked for help a long time ago.

I enjoyed participating in all the activities, but the obvious best was dolphin therapy. Swimming with dolphins was surreal, serene and exhilarating. It provided a sense of mental clarity that was extremely helpful when examining my recovery and life in general.

The help I got working on my trauma was top notch and helped clear stuff that had been stuffed down for years. They knew it wasn’t just the drugs and alcohol but they helped me get to the root of my problems that keep me sick.

To all my therapists, they made me able to dig deep into my past and bring out events or feelings that I didn’t believe affected my addiction. Fernando, Nance, Eliza and of course Z are cohesively pieced together. They break you down and help you build yourself up!
