Recovery has provided a life that at one point did not seem possible

“There is something special about this Island and the people here. Kona, the HIR program and the AA fellowship
had a life-changing effect on me. So much so, that I decided to move from
Tennessee and make Hawaii my home. It was the best decision I have ever made for myself. Recovery has provided a life that at
one point did not seem possible. I’m happier and healthier than I
have ever been. I feel blessed to be able to give back to the program that gave so much to me.”
