My experience at HIR started with Jimmy while I was still in Alaska. From the very beginning I felt connected and at ease with him. When I got to the airport I was met by Nicole and Kevin who make me feel comfortable and welcomed. The whole staff made everything comfortable. The help I got working on my trauma was top notch and helped clear stuff that had been stuffed down for years. They knew it wasn’t just the drugs and alcohol but they helped me get to the root of my problems that keep me sick. Also the environment was safe and non-judging. I got the best help for me that I could get anywhere else. I feel really good about the path that HIR and it’s staff helped me start.
