Over all my experience, benefit and value for recovery has been excellent. The therapy (both individual and group) Down to the rules with compassion were just what I needed. Not only have I achieved sobriety, I also have the tools, desire and courage to sustain it. The diversity of approaches to sobriety utilized by my therapists (Nance, Fernando and “Z”) added great deal to my understanding, tool kit and resolve.
Design element of the HIR program
Another design element of the HIR program is the “family” of clients at the house. The Openness and mutual support of
the clients was equal to the outstanding work of the therapists. Please keep this experience, it’s very valuable.
Wonderful experiences
The outings were wonderful experiences, from swimming with the dolphins (Eliza) to hiking and beaches with Toby.
